Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025  |  Last updated: January 1, 2025

CircuitBreaker is a free browser game in which you guide an electron through a circuit board. This policy explains what we log when you power up and play.

1. Information We Collect

Like a well-designed circuit, we pass only necessary signals. We may receive:

2. How We Use Information

We use data only to keep the power on (maintain the game), trace and fix faults (debug), and understand general flow statistics. No advertising, no behavioral profiling, no data sales.

3. Local Storage

Your best run is stored in local browser storage only. Clear browser data and the record is wiped — we retain no server copy.

4. Third-Party Services

Fonts load from Google Fonts via a standard browser HTTP request. No other external services receive your data.

5. Children's Privacy

CircuitBreaker contains no violent content, no gambling, and no in-app purchases. The electron simply stops when it contacts a node barrier. Suitable for all ages. We do not collect data from users under 13.

6. Data Retention

Server log files are retained for a limited operational period and then permanently deleted. Any gameplay data is stored locally on your device and is subject entirely to your own browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold. Because we collect minimal information, the practical scope of such requests may be limited.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical safeguards to any data we handle. No internet-based transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy by revising the date above. Continued play means you accept any updates.

10. Contact
